Section 69-3-15 - Withdrawal of seed

(1) Seed not having a reasonable germination or which are extremely impure, notwithstanding the fact that they may be properly labeled, shall be withdrawn from sale and declared worthless when, in the opinion of the commissioner, such withdrawal is in the interest of normal crop production in this state.(2) Worthless seed in violation of this article shall not be sold or given away for planting purposes.Codes, 1942, § 4397-08; Laws, 1964, ch. 204, § 8, eff. 1/1/1965.
