Section 69-31-3 - Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce to enforce chapter

The commissioner is hereby charged with the enforcement of this chapter and is empowered to promulgate rules, regulations, specifications, standards and tests as may be necessary in order to secure the efficient administration of this chapter. The department may, from time to time, publish such data in connection with the administration of this chapter as may be of public interest.Laws, 1978, ch. 466, § 3, eff. 7/1/1978.
