The arrangements for, management and supervision of any referendum conducted under the provisions of this act shall be under the direction of the state ADA in cooperation with the county extension agent of each county in the state, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be borne by the state ADA.Laws, 1989, ch. 504, § 7, eff. 4/4/1989.
