Section 69-35-31 - Report of amount of assessments received and collected

In the event of the levying and collection of assessments as herein provided, the treasurer of the state ADA conducting same shall, within ninety (90) days after the end of any calendar year in which such assessments are collected, have available upon written request by a producer, or extension service or other agency of the state, a statement of the amount or amounts so received and collected by him under the provisions of this act.Laws, 1989, ch. 504, § 16, eff. 4/4/1989.
