No association, meeting or activity undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this act and intended to benefit all of the producers and handlers of milk and dairy products in Mississippi shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.Laws, 1989, ch. 504, § 4, eff. 4/4/1989.
