Section 69-5-13 - Requests for improvement of State Fairgrounds

The Department of Agriculture and Commerce is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to declare by resolution the number and type buildings which need to be constructed and the type improvements that need to be made on the state fairgrounds, and file a certified copy of said resolution with the State Building Commission.
