Section 69-7-269 - Producers prohibited from distributing eggs on which assessment not paid; payment of assessment by dealer

No egg producer with over three thousand (3,000) hens nor any egg handler or dealer shall sell or offer for sale any lot of eggs produced, distributed or marketed in Mississippi upon which the assessment imposed herein has not been paid. The assessment imposed herein shall be paid at such time or times as is fixed by the board.
