Section 7-1-9 - Great seal

The great seal of the state now in use shall be the seal of the state until altered by the legislature, and all official acts of the governor, his approval or disapproval of bills and resolutions passed by the legislature excepted, shall be authenticated by the great seal of the state.Codes, 1880, § 194; 1892, § 2157; 1906, § 2373; Hemingway's 1917, § 4765; 1930, § 4818; 1942, § 3976.
