The commission is hereby authorized and empowered to accept from the federal government, or any instrumentality thereof, or from any person, firm or corporation in the name of and for the state, services, equipment, supplies, materials or funds by way of gift or grant for the purpose of physical fitness.Laws, 1992, ch. 369, § 7, eff. 7/1/1992.
