The secretary of state is hereby authorized and directed, in cooperation with the governor, other state officers, and civic and commercial organizations of the state, counties, and municipalities, to assemble the necessary information, facts, and data to be disseminated in such a manner as to advertise the natural resources, advantages, and commercial and industrial opportunities offered by the state of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 4222; Laws, 1936, ch. 212.
