As soon as sufficient material is assembled for comprehensive exposition of the advantages offered by the state for commercial and industrial development, the same shall be classified and published in the form of booklets, folders, pamphlets, or other forms of printed matter suitable for the convenient distribution to the public.Codes, 1942, § 4223; Laws, 1936, ch. 212.
