Section 7-5-19 - Office space, supplies, and equipment

In the event adequate office space for the use of the attorney general cannot be provided either in the state capitol building or the state office building to accommodate the additional authorized staff, the attorney general is hereby authorized to rent, on an annual or month-to-month basis on such terms as he may think proper, such office space as may be necessary in the city of Jackson to accommodate the additional enlarged staff, and to purchase such necessary office supplies and equipment as may be needed for the proper administration of said offices.Codes, 1942, § 3827-03; Laws, 1962, ch. 487, § 3, eff. 6/1/1962.
