Section 7-5-35 - May institute and prosecute suits to vacate fraudulent conveyances

When it may be necessary or proper for the enforcement or collection of any judgment or debt in favor of the state, or any officer thereof in his official capacity, or of any county, the attorney general shall institute and prosecute in behalf of the creditor a suit or suits to set aside and annul any conveyance or other device fraudulently made by the debtor, or anyone for him, to hinder, delay, or defraud the creditor.Codes, 1892, § 180; 1906, § 186; Hemingway's 1917, § 3474; 1930, § 3668; 1942, § 3839.
