Section 7-5-65 - Saving statute

Nothing in this chapter contained shall repeal any of the provisions of chapter 235, laws 1920, in reference to making claim for and recovery of taxes illegally collected by the U.S. government on property in this state.Codes, 1930, § 3680; 1942, § 3851.
