Section 7-5-66 - Prepayment of costs in civil actions for recovery of delinquent sums owed to Mississippi Guaranteed Student Loan Program

The Attorney General is hereby authorized, in his discretion, and on a case by case basis, to prepay all such court costs and filing fees, as are otherwise required of private litigants, when commencing and prosecuting civil actions for the collection and recovery of delinquent sums owed to the Mississippi Guarantee Student Loan Program.Laws, 1986, ch. 324, eff. 3/14/1986.
