Section 7-7-53 - Bureau of Capitol Facilities to provide office space

It shall be the duty of the Bureau of Capitol Facilities, acting under the authority given by Section 29-5-3, to provide sufficient office space for the office of the State Fiscal Officer, including the amount required for filing and storage, although the space for the filing and storage of invoices, statements, bills, and other papers and documents of such nature, held for more than two (2) years after the date of issuance, may not be required to be furnished.Codes, 1942, § 3852-27; Laws, 1962, ch. 483, § 27; Laws, 1989, ch. 532, § 26, eff. 7/1/1989.
