Section 7-7-75 - Suits by state auditor

All suits by the state auditor under the provisions of Sections 7-7-67 through 7-7-79 shall be in his own name for the use of the state, county, municipality, levee board, or other taxing district interested; and he shall not be liable for costs, and may appeal without bond.
