Section 71-1-53 - Penalty for violation of this chapter

Any corporation or person or manager of any company or partnership who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each offense; and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.Codes, Hemingway's 1917, § 4531; 1930, § 4655; 1942, § 6995; Laws, 1914, ch. 167.
