Section 71-3-101 - Registration of insurance companies

Each insurance company and all other carriers which desire to write workmen's compensation insurance in compliance with this chapter shall be required, before writing such insurance, to register with the workmen's compensation commission and pay a registration fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
