The Commissioner of Insurance shall submit a report consisting of the condition of the assigned risk plan and the safety programs established by insurers in accordance with Chapter 577, Laws of 1992 to the Senate and House Insurance Committees by January 1 of each year, beginning January 1, 1993.Laws, 1992, ch. 577, § 8, eff. 5/15/1992.
