There is established the Mississippi Department of Employment Security, Office of the Governor. The Department of Employment Security shall be the Mississippi Employment Security Commission and shall retain all powers and duties as granted to the Mississippi Employment Security Commission. Wherever the term 'Employment Security Commission' appears in any law, the same shall mean the Mississippi Department of Employment Security, Office of the Governor.
