Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.Laws, 1986, ch. 453, § 12; reenacted without change, Laws, 2000, ch. 483, § 12; reenacted without change, Laws, 2002, ch. 620, § 12, eff. 7/1/2002.
