Section 73-13-13 - Meetings of board; election of officers; quorum

The board shall hold at least two (2) regular meetings each year, in the first and third calendar quarters. Special meetings shall be held at such time as the regulations of the board may provide. Notice of all meetings shall be given in such manner as the regulations of the board may provide. The board shall elect annually, at a regular or special meeting, the following officers: a president, a vice president, and a secretary.
