Section 73-19-63 - Penalties

Any person violating the provisions of Section 73-19-61 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) and/or imprisoned not less than six (6) months nor more than one (1) year at the discretion of the court.Laws, 1987, ch. 402, § 2, eff. 7/1/1987.
