Section 73-21-113 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Payment and deposit into state treasury of funds received by state board of pharmacy; expenditure

All fees received by the board from examinations, licenses, permits and monetary penalties, and any other funds received by the board, shall be paid to the State Treasurer, who shall issue receipts therefor and deposit such funds in the State Treasury in a special fund to the credit of the board.
