(1) The examination for licensure required under Section 73-21-85 shall be given by the board at least once during each year. The board shall determine the content and subject matter of each examination, the place, time and date of the administration of the examination and those persons who have successfully passed the examination.(2) The examination shall be prepared to measure the competence of the applicant to engage in the practice of pharmacy.
