(1) The board shall issue licenses and compact privileges and notices of renewal, revocation, suspension or reinstatement, and shall publish annually the names of persons who are licensed or hold a compact privilege under this chapter and the names of the persons whose licenses or compact privileges have been subjected to disciplinary action under this chapter.(2) The board shall publish and disseminate to all licensees, in an appropriate manner, the license standards prescribed by this article, any amendments thereto, and such rules and regulations as the board may adopt under the authority of Section 73-24-13 within sixty (60) days of their adoption.(3) The board shall administer the compact privilege in accordance with the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact provided for in Section 73-24-51.Laws, 1988, ch. 451, § 9; Laws, 2001, ch. 424, § 6, eff. 7/1/2001.Amended by Laws, 2023, ch. 424, HB 259,§ 9, eff. 7/1/2023.
