The State Board of Health established and empowered by Section 41-3-1 et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972, shall discharge the provisions of this article in the examination, licensing and regulation of persons who provide services of occupational therapy.Laws, 1988, ch. 451, § 3, eff. 7/1/1988.
