Section 73-25-95 - Appeals

Any person against whom disciplinary action is taken pursuant to Sections 73-25-81 through 73-25-95 shall have the right of judicial appeal as provided in Section 73-25-27 relating to judicial appeal of board decisions. Provided, further, that no such person shall be allowed to practice medicine or deliver health care services in violation of any disciplinary order or action of the board while any such appeal is pending.Laws, 1977, ch. 412, § 8, eff. 3/29/1977.
