Section 73-29-15 - Original applications for licenses

Applications for original licenses shall be made to the secretary of the board in writing under oath on forms prescribed by the board, to which forms must be affixed the applicant's fingerprints and a recent photograph, and shall be accompanied by the required fee which is not refundable. Any such application shall require such information as in the judgment of the board will enable it to pass on the qualifications of the applicant for a license.Each application or filing made under this section shall include the social security number(s) of the applicant in accordance with Section 93-11-64, Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, 1942, § 8920-69; Laws, 1968, ch. 380, § 9; reenacted, Laws, 1980, ch. 500, § 8; reenacted, Laws, 1993, ch. 351, § 8; Laws, 1997, ch. 588, § 54, eff. 7/1/1997.
