Section 73-29-29 - Term of license; renewal

Except as provided in Section 33-1-39, each polygraph examiner's license shall be issued for the term of one (1) year and shall, unless suspended or revoked, be renewed annually as prescribed by the board; provided, however, that licenses issued from and after July 1, 1994, shall be issued for terms of two (2) years and shall, unless suspended or revoked, be renewed as prescribed by the board.
