Section 73-29-45 - Penalties

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any person who falsely states or represents that he has been or is a polygraph examiner or trainee shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not to exceed six (6) months, or both.Codes, 1942, § 8920-84; Laws, 1968, ch. 380, § 24; reenacted, Laws, 1980, ch. 500, § 23; reenacted, Laws, 1993, ch. 351, § 23, eff. 3/12/1993.
