Section 73-31-11 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Records

The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of all applications for licenses, which shall show:(a) The name, age and residence of each applicant;(b) The date of the application;(c) The place of professional practice of the applicant;(d) A summary of the educational and other qualifications of the applicant;(e) Whether or not an examination was required;(f) Whether or not a license was granted;(g) The date of the action of the board;(h) Any other information as may be deemed necessary or advisable by the board in aid of the above requirements.
