Section 73-38-23 - Licensing of persons currently licensed in other jurisdictions and of persons certified as clinically competent by ASHA

(1) The board may waive the examination for licensure of any applicant who presents proof of current licensure in another state, including the District of Columbia, or territory of the United States which maintains professional standards considered by the council to be equivalent to those set forth in this article.
