(1) All home inspectors are required to carry general liability insurance and errors and omissions insurance.(2) Such policy and certificates shall provide that cancellation or nonrenewal of the policy shall not be effective unless and until at least ten (10) days' notice of cancellation or nonrenewal has been received in writing by the Appraisal Board.(3) Insurance coverage limits shall be no less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) for general liability and no less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) for errors and omissions, per occurrence.
