The Appraisal Board shall charge and collect appropriate fees for its services under this chapter. All monies which are collected under this chapter shall be paid into and credited to such fund for the use of the Home Inspector Board in carrying out the provisions of the chapter, including the payment of salaries and expenses, printing an annual
