(1) Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Appraisal Board. If the licensee fails to do so, the Appraisal Board shall have the right to seize the license.(2) If circumstances of suspension or revocation so indicate, the Appraisal Board may require an examination of the licensee before restoring his license.
