Section 73-60-43 - Provisions of chapter may not be waived

Any condition, stipulation or provision binding any person engaging the services of a home inspector to waive compliance with any provision of this chapter or any rule or order hereunder is void. Laws, 2001, ch. 539, § 22, eff. 7/1/2001.
