The board may charge additional fees for services which the board deems appropriate to carry out its intent and purpose. These additional fees shall not exceed the cost of rendering the service.The board is fully authorized to make refunds of any deposits received by the board for services which are not rendered. Refunds will automatically be made on overpayment of fees. All other refunds will be made upon the written requests from applicants.
