The board shall draft rules and regulations for the granting and renewal of temporary licenses for applicants who have met all eligibility requirements for certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, have taken a certification examination, and are awaiting results of the examination, but otherwise meet the requirements of this chapter.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 415, § 10, eff. 7/1/2015.
