Section 73-75-23 - Duty to register behavior technicians

Licensed behavior analysts and licensed assistant behavior analysts must register with the board all behavior technicians providing services under their supervision. The licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst shall update the board of the termination of supervision as required by the board.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 415, § 13, eff. 7/1/2015.
