Section 73-75-25 - Offenses and penalties

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 415, § 14, eff. 7/1/2015.
