Section 73-75-27 - Fees deposited in special fund; collection of fees and penalties by State Board of Psychology and use thereof

All fees collected by the board under this chapter and any penalties collected by the board for violations of this chapter shall be deposited in a special fund hereby created in the State Treasury and shall be used for the implementation and administration of this chapter when appropriated by the Legislature for such purpose. From and after July 1, 2018, the fees and penalties shall be collected by the State Board of Psychology and used for the implementation and administration of this chapter.Amended by Laws, 2017EX1, ch. 7, SB 2001,§ 34, eff. 6/23/2017.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 415, § 15, eff. 7/1/2015.
