Section 73-9-11 - How members shall qualify; quorum

Each person appointed as a member of the board shall qualify by taking the oath prescribed by the constitution for the state officers, and shall file certificate thereof in the Office of the Secretary of State within fifteen (15) days after execution of such certificate.
