The regular meeting of the State Board of Dental Examiners shall be held at least annually at such place, date and time as the board may determine in its discretion, for the purpose of examining applicants for a license to practice dentistry and dental hygiene, and continue in session until all applicants have been examined and their examinations have been approved or disapproved.
