The provisions of Chapter 452, Laws of 1977, shall become effective on April 1, 1978. As used in this chapter, the term 'old U.C.C.' shall refer to the original Uniform Commercial Code adopted in 1967, and all amendments thereto and the term 'revised U.C.C.' shall refer to the old U.C.C. as amended by Chapter 452, Laws of 1977.Laws, 1977, ch. 452, § 37; Laws, 1978, ch. 401, § 2, eff. 4/1/1978.
