Section 75-11-102 - Preservation of old transition provision

The provisions of Section 75-10-102(2) shall continue to apply to the revised U.C.C., and for this purpose the old U.C.C. and the revised U.C.C. shall be considered one continuous statute.Laws, 1977, ch. 452, § 37, eff. 4/1/1978.
