Section 75-23-17 - Contracts in violation of law, illegal

Any contract, express or implied, made by any person in violation of any of the provisions of the Unfair Cigarette Sales Law, is illegal and void and no recovery shall be had thereon.Codes, 1942, § 1108.5-09; Laws, 1954, ch. 380, § 9.
