Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of Section 75-24-73 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.Added by Laws, 2018, ch. 394, SB 2805,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2018.
