Section 75-24-61 - Penalties

Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of Section 75-24-53 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.Laws, 1975, ch. 362, § 6, eff. 7/1/1975.Brought forward without change by Laws, 2018, ch. 394, SB 2805,§ 9, eff. 7/1/2018.
